Chemical Wash

Job:

• Checking and cleaning front panel/cover , air filter
• Checking, purifying and deodorising air con filter
• Checking and cleaning evaporator coil
• Checking and cleaning drainage tray
• Vacuum drainage system
• Checking lubrication and fan bearing
• Checking compressor suction and
• Top up aircon gas (chargeable)
• Electrical contacts tightening

 

Chemical Overhaul

Job:

• Lubricates fan bearings to make sure the air con unit without producing any noise
• Checks controls of the unit and thermostats
• Cleans pipes, drain pans and blower wheel with chemicals
• Cleans fan evaporator coil to facilitate smooth transfer of heat without the build up of dust and grime
• Eliminates operational noise and replaces faulty bearings
