Mastercool Aircon takes the current COVID-19 pandemic seriously and together we will overcome this hard time. On 3rd April, PM Lee announced that the Singapore “circuit breaker” would be implemented and starting on April 7, meaning that most workplaces would be closed during this time. All of Mastercool Aircon staff will be working from home during the “circuit breaker”, all our customer call and email will be attended.
For the sake of all our technicians and customer safely, we have implemented the following step or rules which we will follow all the times
- All our technician are housed in private residence which is only 6 peoples allowed in a house. We will not let our technician or staff stay at the high density foreign worker area
- All our technicians educated to understanding all the responsibility to do their by providing home comfort and hygiene.
- All Mastercool Aircon technician have access to quality face masks, hand cleaners , anti-bacterial cleaning supplies and other useful hygiene products.
- All technician will do temperature readings every day.
- During the aircon servicing, all air filter we wash by anti-bacterial cleaning solution.
- Strictly 1 meter physical distance during service and transit
- During this covid 19 time, we try to limit the cash payments. Mastercool Aircon accept bank transfer, payla , paynow and cheque.
- We will try to reach on time and do perfectly our job to avoid after service problem.
- We will Implement all the MOH guidelines and rules that are already available from the government.
In this announcement too, few thing we need our customer to do their roles in order to keep our technician work in safety environment
- In case you or one of your family member have recently travelled, please reschedule or defer the service date.
- In case you may have flu like symptoms, please reschedule or defer your service date until you feel better only let us know
